Book Rehearsals Online

You can easily book rehearsal time online using our online booking system below.

To get started, simply scroll through the “Categories List” below and find the type of booking suitable to you.

*Please note that there are separate types of booking for Weekday daytime,

Monday to Thursday nights and Fridays to Sundays/Public Holidays.

Please ensure that you choose the correct category for the day and time you wish to book as different payment options apply.*

Monday to Thursday night bookings must be paid for upon arrival at the studio.

Monday to Friday daytime bookings and Friday to Sunday/Public Holiday bookings MUST be booked and PAID FOR online using PayPal or bank deposit.

(unless prior arrangements have been made. Please call the studio to arrange payment if you cannot pay online)

When you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.  If you still haven’t received one, please contact us.

Steps for using the online booking service:

Booking your rehearsal online is easy. If this is your first time, please read through these notes that will show you how and let you know what is required of you when you arrive for your rehearsal.

The first step is to choose the day and time category. There are three categories:

Rehearsal Studio Hire – Monday to Friday day time,

Rehearsal Studio Hire – Monday to Thursday Night and

Rehearsal Studio Hire – Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays.

Click on the category that corresponds with the day and time you wish to rehearse.

You will then be taken to the service type page.

Scroll through the list to find the duration of rehearsal time that you require.

(eg. Rehearsal Studio Hire – Monday to Thursday Night – 3 hours.)

Once you have chosen the appropriate service you will be taken to the next step where you can choose your studio preference.

There are four different rehearsal spaces:

The Cavern, The Marquee, The Whisky and The Blue Note.

All studios are available on a first-come-first-served basis so if you choose a room and go to the next step, which is to find an available time-slot, and you can’t find an available time that suits you for that room, you will need to press the BACK button and choose another room. Once you have chosen your room you will be taken to the calendar page.

Click on the date you wish to rehearse and then you will see the available times for that day.

(Available times will be in black. Times slots that have already been booked for the room you have chosen will be in pink and will be unavailable. You will be unable to book slots in the pink spaces or any space that doesn’t allow for the length of time you have chosen to rehearse either side of the booked space. Time slots that have already passed are in white. )

Once you have found your time slot, you will be asked to enter your details, starting with your BAND NAME.

(If your band does not have a name, feel free to put your own name here. Please put your surname first followed by a comma (,) and then your first name.)

You will also need to provide your mobile phone number, email address and your name. Once these have been completed, your booking will be submitted to the system and you will receive a confirmation email from Continuumusic.
If you do not receive an email, first check your spam folder and that emails from Continuumusic are not on a blocked senders list in your email program. Please contact us if you still have not received an email confirmation within half an hour of making your booking.

If you are booking space for a Monday to Friday Daytime or Friday to Sunday/Public Holiday slot, you will be directed to an additional screen where you can make payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit.

All bookings for these services MUST BE BOOKED and PAID ONLINE using this method. Phone bookings for Friday to Sunday/Public Holiday spots will not be accepted and you will be directed to this website to make a booking.

Payment for studio bookings for Monday to Thursday time slots cannot be made online and must be made over the counter upon your arrival at the studio.
Please do not ask for credit as refusal often offends. If your band owes any cancellation fees, these must be paid upon arrival at your next booking before you will be allowed to load your equipment into a studio.

If at any time you need to cancel your booking, just click on the CANCEL BOOKING link in your confirmation email.

Please note that cancellation fees will apply if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your booking.

If you require a drum kit or amplifier with your rehearsal booking, you will be given the opportunity to book these at the end of the process when you are asked if you would like to book more services.

Each item is considered a service. Remember to choose the correct version of your item (Monday to Thursday night or Friday to Sunday/Public Holidays) that corresponds with the booking you have made. Just follow the prompts and choose the same date and time as your rehearsal booking. Drum kit and amplifier hire is subject to availability.
